Flat Rate/Free Shipping (US Domestic ONLY)

Standard Flat Rate shipping on orders with a subtotal less than $75 is $5.95. Orders with a subtotal of $75 or more are eligible for free shipping. Flat Rate and Free Shipping only applies to orders with US Domestic shipping addresses.

Address Errors

Address errors found after shipment will incur an additional shipping charge based on the actual cost of shipping (not Flat Rate).  It is recommended that customers double-check each address field before submitting an order.  Any orders returned to Stellar Petfoods due to an address error at the fault of the customer will be refunded (less shipping charges paid) if the customer does not wish to pay an additional shipping fee or does not respond to attempts at communication after 5 business days.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to any U.S. Territories.
